Yunus Canli1I am the customer of this branch since 2013. I had been treated fairly and with respect. I live abroad at the moment and I had to call and/or send message to get some needed information time to time. People used to work there always helped me right away and they were friendly. But, last week I needed some information and sent information to my previous contact. When she did not respond, I called, I learned that Caroline was no longer there. Then I asked who could help me the young lady told me the person name SC, but she said she is too busy to take my call. I asked for e-mail address and sent e-mail. E-mail came back because of some typos on my side about an hour later I called again to correct and she was still not available. This time I got the address correct and made sure to sent another mail to SC and the girl gave me the e-mail address. There was no respond in about 24-36 hours. I cried for help again via e-mail and no respond from Sandy C. again. I called back and thanks to a lady (not the young girl) she helped me in 2-3 minutes after I provided necessary info. I think good people do not stay there and whatever left is not that good. God helps you with dealing specially Sandy C. I hope she learns something about the customer relation, if not she should get out of there.

Aaron Fisher1Nothing to do with this branch personally have never been there but as a company it's scary to get a voicemail from First National when I do not have an account with them with most of someone's personal banking information full name part of there account number /card number just didn't think a company could state that many things about your personal bank info then proceeded to leave a number to call back with a confirmation number. If I were said person I would not be happy about my information just being left out like this

Frank Tarasi1Been waiting 4 months for a refund check that has been “in the mail” several times. I used this bank for a construction loan, our loan officer misplaced various pieces of our information several times which caused many delays in getting approval, the list goes on. Not recommended.
