  I like New American because they keep their loans, I haven’t had mine transferred to another lender, which makes my life easier. When they get transferred it’s very common that they lose the insurance document and you are stuck having to take time to contact your insurance carrier and ask them to fax it over before they put their own Insurance on it. It can be a tedious process. I will definitely use them again if I decide to purchase again.

  This team is amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and miraculous. They were the only people willing to work with me and my not stellar credit score. Which was hard enough to deal with but as obstacles kept coming up, they helped navigate through them all. They really and truly were miracle workers and so patient with all of the crazy questions thrown at them. I highly recommend them as you’ll not find a better team to advocate and fight to get you the home you want.
