  Phana and her team made our home buying experience very pleasant. Phana was upfront and gave us realistic options to choose from. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout the transaction. Even after we closed on our home, she continued to call us to make sure that everything was alright. She delivered dinner to our home after we moved in and helped us with our house warming party. We can't ask for a more dedicated mortgage team to work with than Phana and her team.

  My beautiful wife and I were recently looking to purchase the house that was to be our FOREVER home. We were initially introduced to Phana and her group when the sellers of our dream home requested that we get cross qualified with her and iMortgage. At the time we were willing to go through whatever "hoops" that we needed to (within reason) in order to get in to "our" house. We were already prequalified with our previous lender (a credit union). We had been with them for the entire time we were in our last home. There weren't any complaints during our time with the credit union, we had recently refinanced to an "unbeatable" rate. After Phana ran our numbers, we were informed that she was going to be able to beat the credit union rate, fees and closing costs. We carefully reviewed everything and compared with our previous lender and decided to go with Phana. Buying our new home was part of a contingency sale that included three families, two home sales and two home purchases with many moving parts. During the chaos, Phana was always available to answer questions, straighten or clarify issues. She also worked well with our beloved agent. Which was extremely important to us. There were bumps in the road as there always seem to be during home purchases but with this many transactions they seemed to be frequent at times. Whenever there was something that was an obstacle or pending deadline we were always able to get passed it and move forward. Phana and her husband even brought us food on the day that we moved in. We are very happy in our new home and are glad that we went with the Phana Par Group. Thanks for everything.

  My friend is a veteran and is currently trying to buy a house. He went to both Navy Federal Credit Union and USAA and they could not help him. He even tried to work with a non-military affiliated mortgage lender, but they didn't even return his call. I referred him over to Phana because I heard that her team specialize in serving the military and law enforcement. She called and met with him right away. My friend and his wife are very excited now because they are qualified to buy. Their offer got accepted and they are waiting to close and own their first home. The thing that I admire most about Phana is when she said, "The very least that I can do for our veterans is to take the time to listen to them. They sacrificed so much to serve this country, everyone has the responsibility to serve them as well." I served in the Marines myself for 4 years, I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends, co-workers, or family members to Phana and her team.   In 2009 we were set to purchase our new home but had difficulty securing a loan because our home was classified as a Planned Urban Development (or mixed use). Several loan agents and lenders (including big named lenders) kept telling us no on the basis that they did not do those kinds of properties. Then we approached Phana. She was the first person that explained why the property in question was causing us headaches. She showed us the Fannie Mae guidelines and explained how those guidelines were followed by the banks. So Phana then researched her Private lender network for us. After everything was said and done we decided the property was not worth the added trouble. Phana was gracious with her time and information. We will definitely be using Phana in the future.
