  I am so glad to have worked with Patti while trying to find a new space in this crazy real estate market. Patti shared her knowledge not only about the properties I was interested in but also the area and its local history. Without that info, I would have overlooked certain things. She is easy to work with because she is down to earth and has a warmth about her that is evident while interacting with her. I never felt uninformed or unimportant. Patti was quick to answer my questions and even faster to find answers she wasn't so certain of. Because of this, I found out that Payne Real Estate has a fantastic team that supports one another behind the scenes. When Patti reached out to anyone of them, they were more then willing to give/find/assist in any way they could. I was impressed because a lot of other business "teams" do not want to be bothered by another coworker's client request. In the end, I felt confident in my final decision to purchase and will absolutely call and recommend Patti (and the Payne Team) for future real estate needs.

  Five years ago we were moving to the Catskills and Happened upon Dawn Payne’s listing.
