As first time home buyers, she set our mind at ease with her expertise of the entire process. She's always just a phone call or email away. Jen's negotiation prowess and willingness to do a thorough market analysis helped us get the best possible price for the property we bought. No doubt about it, Jen will work extremely hard for you as she did for us. Aside from her professionalism and competence, she's just nice to be around.   Jen O'Hanlon was responsive, creative and results oriented in marketing our $1.3 million dollar property on Martha's Vineyard. Her assessments of the finer selling points of our property were excellent. She wrote the screenplay for the video, which included superb aerial footage which placed our home in the best possible context for maximizing the sale price. Her voice intonation, articulation rate were matched to the high profile client we were searching for. My eighteen years of television production experience were extremely satisfied with the way Jen presented herself in representing exactly what I wanted a prospective buyer to know and understand in a brief video commercial.   Jen O'Hanlon, O'Hanlon Group is the most amazing Real Estate agent we have ever met. Believe us we have quite a few friends and family that are in Real Estate. She knew exactly how to present our house, price range and the process. Her marketing skills are fantastic. We had an open house the weekend we signed with her. We had a buyer within three weeks and closed within three months. She was with us every part of the way. For us it was needed since we had built the house and had purchased the property about 49 years ago. Jen had great insight into our personal feelings about the sale. There were areas we needed to fix before , she arranged all the inspections, getting some of the maintenence carried through and so much more. So many little things and some larger, she always took time to explain the answer to all our questions . Jen also recommended the best lawyer for our part of the sale.   My cousin referred me to Jen and I will, in turn, refer you to her as well. We have just completed a most complicated transaction with her to sell our longtime family estate. She helped us get through the various components of a sale including getting the house ready for pictures, making a video, performing a comparative market analysis, marketing, showing the house, and taking care of all of the paperwork.
