  Ryan and the Niles Team made one of our most recent client's home purchase process very smooth!   I can't even begin to say enough amazing things about the Niles team! As a single first time home buyer in this insane market, I was incredibly nervous about the process, but Ryan and team were so patient and explained everything so clearly, giving me regular updates along the way. They were able to get my very first offer on a place accepted, which is totally unheard of. Closing was the simplest, easiest thing I've done in a long time, thanks to their awesome online tools. Everyone is just shocked at how painless this process has been, and even the signing agent at closing was asking about the fabulous down payment assistance programs Ryan helped me with.   The Niles Team was fantastic to work with. As a first-time homebuyer I had lots of questions. Everyone on the team took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I fully understood this very complex process.   First time doing a refinance with the Niles team and we couldn't be happier. Was told the process could take 3-5 months especially with COVID, but we got it done in under 2 months which meant more savings! If you want a team that is fast, efficient, knowledgable, and without the gimmicks the Niles Team is for you. Additionally, as we said before, we love that the Niles team keeps in touch with you well after your purchase is done. This is why we keep coming back to the Niles team for our lending needs and we will for sure continue to do so in the future.

  Ryan and his team are real pros. They keep close watch on rates and notify you when it might be beneficial to refinance. Great communication throughout the process, no hard selling either. Just solid and courteous people to do business with. I’ve been doing business with them for 14 years now. From going back to a first time home buyer seminar Ryan conducted to a purchase, to several refinances. They are the best!

  We worked with the Niles team for our first time homebuying purchase. We worked with both Ryan and David during the process. Their team was invaluable in helping us navigate our current financial situation and understanding our position in a competitive housing market. They were highly available to chat over email, phone, text, and Zoom as well! They all made us feel at ease when we had any questions and were highly knowledgeable.
