  First Time Home Buyer and my process was fast and easy and if you can provide the required documents in a speedy time then the team will work hard to get the all that turned in to help close escrow as quickly and easy as possible. I was recommended by my brother who just purchased a house about a year ago and also used the same team. Working with Yesenia and Adrian was a good experience in working with getting the final approvals with financing.   Highly recommend! Buying a home for the first time can be very intimidating but both Karla and Bryan made the experience less stressful they were very helpful and informative of every step of the way.
