  We had a great experience with The Mortgage House, and with Karen Davis in particular. There were challenges, but at each step of the way, Karen guided us and fought hard for us. We can't appreciate her efforts more! We closed our loan and couldn't be happier! Given them a call!

  Karen and Scott Davis recently helped us refinance our home. They made the refinancing process very easy for us to understand and they were always available to answer all of our questions.   I was shopping around for a refi and called The Mortgage House to get some info. I am new to this and Scott gave me about an hour of his time to go over some quotes I had. He didn't try to sell me, he didn't try and throw his competitors under the bus. Gave me honest feedback and wished me luck on my refi journey. His selfless actions to help a Veteran to understand my first refi made it a no brainer to call him back a couple days later and give him my business. I honestly didn't get that feeling with the lender I was currently going through. I just closed my first refi and I am glad Scott was there to help me see it from start to finish. Scott always called me back and answered all my questions. Thanks Scott!
