  Great experience with my refinance! They were very responsive to questions and made the whole process very easy. Jennifer was very busy but never made me feel rushed. I shopped for several rates with different banks and mortgage companies but they were by far the most competitive. Would definitely use them again if I needed another mortgage or refinance.

  Just finished with my refinancing. Rob and his team did fantastic job saving me on my mortgage payment with very low interest. I had 2 bad experiences previously with other company because they raised the interest rate at the end in one time and they raised closing cost in other time. Obviously I quit on them. But with HomeTown, I was happy when they changed my interest rate lower than what they initially quoted. The most lending company just would go with the initially quoted interest rate even if there maybe better/lower rate available later. But I was impressed when HomeTown changed the rate to lower than what was initially quoted. So if anyone is looking for refinancing, try HomeTown. You can trust them. Rob and his team (Stefanie & Jennifer) will not let you down.

  I was seeking to refinance and came across HomeTown lending. I am happy to say that this was the best decision I made. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable about finances and looked at my finances as a whole. He helped me in multiple ways with refinancing to obtain the best possible outcome.   We continue to be impressed by HomeTown Lending!! They helped us buy our first home back in 2018. We were so nervous about the process since this was our first time buying home, but the whole HomeTown Lending team made it surprisingly smooth and easy. They walked us through every step of the financing and always kept us updated so we knew what to expect ahead of time and not have any surprises down the road. We have now just completed our refinance with them, and the process was just as amazing this time around, in fact even easier and faster. Not to mention we're so happy with our new rate!

  Hometown Lending was highly recommended to us and I can see why. Rob and Stefanie were amazing. They were fast, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and returned phone calls and emails so fast. We refinanced our home and it was completed an about 2 weeks., which is rare. Most lenders will tell you refinancing now take 30-45 days, nope. Not even close to 30 with Rob and Stefanie. We will recommend them to everyone.

  Rob is consistent, he is reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. I always feel confident in his ability to find the best financing available for our mutual client. As a real estate agent it is invaluable to have a mortgage broker/lender in your corner anytime all the time. Consistent communication through the process. He has been my saving grace on a recent transaction where I represented the seller, the buyers lender was not able to perform after wasting 30 days in escrow. Everything was about to fall apart. Rob was able to come in and clean everything up and close within two weeks time frame. My wife and I rely on Rob for our own personal needs when it comes to purchasing and even refinancing. He was able to help us out twice over a 18 month timeframe lowering our mortgage payment significantly. I recommend Rob to anybody and everybody that mentions to me they they are considering purchasing or refinancing.

  I have used HomeTown Lending multiple times to purchase and refinance my homes. The process is always easy and I always enjoyed working with Rob! Rob has always walked us step by step through the process which helps make the process that much easier, not to mention most of the process was done using an App on my phone which was super convenient and easy. I recently used my VA Loan and for us veterans, we know the VA is not easy to deal with. Well Rob not only knew the process to securing a VA loan, but helped me multiple times in dealing with them to secure needed documents. AND to top that off, how fast he can close loans is almost unheard of! Rob takes care of his clients without a doubt! I often recommend him to many of my friends and family! Safe yourself the trouble of worrying and stressing about securing a loan and call him!
