  The Mortgage Group helped us buy our first house and we couldn’t be happier! We found them when researching Mortgage Brokers and Christine referred us to a married couple Realtor team and, between the three of them, we got our first place exactly where we wanted and in an incredibly short amount of time. The amount of communication and guidance Christine provided was exceptional.   My wife and I first learned of The Mortgage Group from our daughter and son-in-law who purchased a Santa Clarita home with Christine and her staff handling their mortgage requirement. Our daughter raved about their experience with Christine being so instrumental in the smooth process of acquiring their home. So, when my wife and I entered into a contract to purchase our next home in Santa Clarita (9-minute walk from our daughter), it was an easy decision to include The Mortgage Group as part of our team to facilitate its acquisition. We observed first-hand why our daughter and son-in-law raved so highly about Christine and her company. The process of buying our next home could not have been more efficient and timelier.   Christine Hatch at The Mortgage Group was simply the best! We were first-time homebuyers and needed a lot of help along the way. Christine came highly recommended from our realtor and she did not disappoint. Once we got into escrow, unforeseen circumstances had to push our timeline up by a whole week. We needed to close a week earlier and make sure that our loan cleared. Christine was able to get it done and was calm and cool the whole time! Christine kept us up to date and in the loop where we felt supported every step of the way. She would open early for us or stay late whatever it took to get the deal done. We are so grateful we had her as our mortgage broker, otherwise I don't think we would have closed on our new home without her hard work.

  I was referred clients to purchase a home from an existing client and they had their own Loan Officer.   Christine was referred to my husband & me by our real estate agent mid last year, at the beginning of our exhaustive search for the right home. It turned out to be not just an extremely professional relationship, but one that felt extremely dependable to us throughout. As 1st time buyers, we were kept comfortably & constantly well informed & prepared by Christine about everything relevant for us.
