  I worked with David and his team when I bought my home. They made everything so easy. Three years later when I wanted to refinance, I reached out to my bank to get rates and then I reached out to David. He was able to secure a lower interest rate and close in 30 days rather than close to 90 that the bank offered. I don't always understand complex real estate transactions but David and his team answered my questions and made the whole thing easy. At the end of the day, they're nice people- trustworthy and easy to work with. Highly recommend David!
