  Horrible first experience. When I first walked through the door and got greeted I had a very good first impression. Came in to open up a checking account, and couldn’t open it unless I had a “green card”. I have a US work permit, state ID and SS. That wasn’t enough. I was surprised, because I know a lot friends and family who didn’t have a problem opening up an account with just ID and SS numbers. Walked over to Bank of America next door and they were amazing to meet my needs right away, no hassle. I would not recommend Chase to anyone. Horrible.

  Incredible Chase Bank with easy parking. Max greeted me right away and was efficient, helpful, and courteous. Will definitely visit this branch regularly.

  I was shocked at their lax attitude toward Covid safety measures. There was sanitizer all around, but many of their staff weren’t wearing their masks—including one banker sitting in his enclosed office while he was alone. He only put his mask on when he had customers. Some of the staff looked like they had just come in from the beach. I felt very uncomfortable and won’t go back.

  This is worst bank in my live It’s not about this branch it’s all systems. They cancel my transaction just sent me email -we don’t spoken with you and did a cancel, if you have questions call to our number and press 3 ..... 52min I still waiting
