  As a first time home buyer the process of working with the Malone Group was smooth and efficient. As you can imagine I had a ton of questions and Chris would often times spend 1+ hours with me on the phone to ensure I had a full understanding of everything going on.   We recently finalized our fourth transaction with The Malone Group (purchase, two sales and a refi) and once again were very pleased with the team.   Chris and Terri did an amazing job helping us with our real estate endeavor. They helped us with selling our current home, purchasing our new home, and with finding us a lender for the mortgage on the new house. We had a wonderful experience. Chris is on the ball and knows his stuff. It is very refreshing to have someone with his experience when going through this process. There is a lot to think about and decisions to make when you are buying and selling a home. Chris and Terri were there the entire way. They were both very responsive and very helpful with showing the house and choosing a buyer. A big shout out to Stephanie!!!! She was our buying agent and was so patient and attentive as we looked for a home and made several offers on homes, eventually landing the home of our dreams.
