  What I really like about The Loan Store is that when I call and speak with someone, I feel that I am working with intelligent people. They just "get it". Really a very competent and modern lender. Their portal is easy to use. Excellent pricing for the borrower, but also a great experience for the broker. I like the personal touch of working with a smaller lender. Great service. Really A+ and highly recommend The Loan Store.

  The Loan Store is my go to lender. I have closed successful loans with quick turn around and always someone available to pick up the phone and go over and beyond to help you. My borrowers are happy with the service and the pricing. I can't say enough about "The Loan Store" You guys are the best!!!! Awesome team work!!!!

  We recently moved much of our production over to the loan store and the experience has been delightfully positive. From our account rep, to the underwriting, the doc prep and funding, the people at this company have been, without exception, knowledgeable, personable, friendly and professional. Finally, their biggest saving grace is in the face of addressing last minute issues on purchases and funding, etc. They do not lose their cool. There's no blame game. They just go into pure problem solving mode. After working with countless mortgage companies, The Loan Store is clearly the best run mortgage company I've ever worked with. Try them, you will not be disappointed!

  I recently had a great experience working with my underwriter Sara. She was professional, patient and very helpful. Communicating with her was very easy. The borrower was self employed so it was more complicated than normal cases but we got it to CTC on time. Thank you Sara. On the same loan, the closer Allyson was also very helpful and it was a smooth closing process. Thank you Allyson.

  I have been submitting loans to The Loan Store Inc for a couple of years now using a loan processor and this is the first time I am originating and processing the loan by myself. I am so impressed with the quick, simple and smooth process they have from file upload to closing. Great Rates with great Staff.

  I love working with The Loan Store, they are fast, efficient, responsive and super friendly. Ryan Barlow is always willing to help at any hour or day literally! One of the hardest working people I have had the pleasure to work with. He is quick at getting time sensitive docs out and gives the extra push to fund on time or make the changes needed to get the loan back on track. This is the only lender that truly accommodates the brokers they work with. Soo many good hires there: Natalya, Lindsey, Laura, Steven...just to name a few! Thank you for making this process seamless and less stressful.

  I have been a mortgage broker for 22 years and The Loan Store is by far the best wholesale lender I have ever used! The entire company is great to work with, from department managers such as Ryan Barlow who has made closing effortless, and all the support staff to underwriters and closers and funders. Amazingly, you can speak to everyone in the company on the phone when needed regardless of their level and they always return your calls promptly. Many times they call me first to address any issues and to give you updates on your loans or important guideline changes and they are receptive to feedback from their customers on how to improve the whole lending process. Very refreshing to say the least. I was about to retire and quit the business not too long ago based on the terrible experience I had with my previous lender until giving the relatively new Loan Store a chance and they made doing loans a breeze and actually use common sense when it comes to underwriting and funding. The Loan Store is also the first of many lenders I have used over the years who actually take care of their customers and make things right when there are mistakes or errors made by them or in several cases when I made a mistake. And you will never complete loans faster with anyone. I have closed loans from the day I locked to closing in less than a week. So fast , that amazingly, we had to wait a few days before closing due to regulations requiring a minimum number of days prior to closing from the date of the initial loan disclosures are sent to the borrower. ***Just hope The Loan Store doesn't get too big in the near future and then no longer maintain the quality of service support they currently provide.

  Where do I start? There are so many good things about TheLoanStore(TLS). Underwriting: Pretty quick and effortless. Underwriters are like in your office across the isle. Even multiple touches on the same day. Closing and Funding department: You have to speak to Ryan Barlow. Have you heard this "Whoever wants to become great among you must provide great service"? He is right on it. I have been working with many lenders but I haven't seen such a great service that Ryan provides. TLS always beats my expectations and always improving. KEEP up the good work Team.

  I just closed my 1st loan with TLS (purchase) and I have to say, I am VERY pleased - TLS Staff truly made it easy for me from start to finish and funded the loan without any issues and for this TLS receives a 5 STAR rating. I just added TLS to the list of my "go-to lenders!"
