  The PPP loan process was very easy to complete. I received the loan in about 2 weeks, which was direct deposited into my business account. I was very happy with the entire process.

  This was such a foreign process for us. I was unsure throughout but did the best I knew how. I ran into some confusion and sent an email. At that point Harold Lichtenstein responded. He was willing to walk through everything needed, explain any issue I had to update, and have their IT dept fix any glitches that were not working quite right in their system. That is all I can ask for on a process that we are all just walking through for the first time ever. His follow up and willingness to see it through to the end was so much appreciated. If he could fix/update with me needing to do anything he did and hearing that it was 100% done and complete for both was great! I would recommend using them again for sure! - Nicole

  Made PPP Loan app fast & easy. Site was very informative. Support helped me when I needed it and ignored me when I didn't. Got it done. I ended up doing both the complex forgiveness app and then the simple one because the simple one is easier to process. Solid company.

  Great service, response emails, and professional. The entire process was easy and fast. I had a priviledge to work with a member of the team, Mr. Sang Ly. He is friendly, caring, and professional. I takes only few days to get an approval from SBA. Many thanks to The Loan Source, Inc.

  I have a PPP loan with this company. I spoke with Agent "A" after a 40 minute phone wait. When I asked for a direct line, because of the wait she hung the phone up on me. I went into chat and uploaded screenshots of their excel sheet they are making me fill out, because their macro is throwing errors and prompting me incessantly to enter passwords and won't let me edit fields. The same Agent "A" took the online chat and did not respond to me, thus the chat was auto closed. I created a new chat for support and Agent "A" was assigned again. She did not respond to me and the chat auto closed. I tried a third time to connect to chat and this time was connected to Agent "S" who closed the chat on me. The only recourse I have at this point is to bring a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This is completely unacceptable. This company has wasted hours of my time.

  The entire process for funding my loan was very straight forward and relatively easy to do considering how beneficial it is to our non-profit organization! Have your paper work ready and accessible and it will be an easy task.

  My first PPP was sold to The Loan Source. They have very good communication keeping you informed of any changes. I applied for my 2nd PPP loan and it was much faster through the Loan Source than my first one. Great to work with

  Not happy with the fact that I already received my money from the PPP loan and now the guidelines have changed for self-employed people to allow them to apply based off their gross income rather than their adjusted gross income and they are saying I cannot apply for the difference. Totally not fair, in my opinion. Otherwise, the process was great!

  I was experiencing tremendous difficulties from my bank in getting my loan request to the sba. It was recommended that I try Loan Source. The effort I recieved from them was excellent, the representative (Ms. Stobierre) was prompt, professional, and assisted my application to it's completion.
