  I highly recommend James as a mortgage lender. James offered better rates than all the other competitors we looked at.   My wife and I were first time home buyers so of course there was so much we didn’t know nor understand. James was very patient with us and answered any and every question we had without judgment. He and his assistant were very prompt at responding to us in any assistance we may have needed. Our closing cost and overall monthly mortgage ended up being much cheaper than our pre approval. James is a very friendly, pleasant guy and because of that our first time home experience was stress free!
