  Crystal has handled several transactions for us, including managing our rental houses. The most recent was the sale of our business. She is extremely knowledgeable and even more accommodating. She is always pleasant to work with and receptive. Crystal will ask questions and bring up points and ideas that you yourself don’t think about. You can tell that she cares deeply about getting her clients what they need, whether it be finding your dream home or selling your business when you are ready to retire. She also leads a great team and is very involved in the community. We honestly do not know anyone that loves what they do more or works harder for her clients than Crystal Jeter. She will always be our go to realtor!

  Crystal and her team have been a pleasure to work with and have managed many of my rentals. It has been a great experience.   Crystal Jeter stayed with me for over a year to sell my fixer upper in Smithland. She never stopped keeping me updated. She always was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. Now that my house has sold she is still the one I go to for any questions I have about my new house. I would recommend them to anyone!

  After a bad experience with a previous property management company I was thinking of selling my properties and getting out of RE altogether- Then I switched to TJG. My cash flow increased day 1 and completely turned my investing around by treating it as a business. This gave me the confidence to purchase 5 more properties with them where they manage them all. Could not recommend them more!
