  This team is amazing!! We bought our house with them and refinanced four years later. Both transactions were flawless and fun! The whole team is so on top of things and answered my many questions throughout the process so I understood each step.   JP was recommended by our realtor back in 2016. We didn't do business at the time. JP suggested without hesitation to go with our Builder's mortgage company because of the large amount of incentives and it would be a bad decision on our part not to go with our builder's mortgage company.   JP and his team are highly skilled at what they do and easy to work with. They know the mortgage industry inside and out, communicate very well and always responded quickly with answers to our questions.   There are angels among us- JP and his team are proof! JPs path crossed mine at the perfect time. I was struggling with my own refinance and I had nearly given up helping my dad refinance his property as a widower. So many banks told us it was impossible. Not JP. The Hussey Team went above and beyond, closing both refinances in what I would consider record time. They were pleasant, professionals, accommodating, and incredibly personable. The Hussey Team has earned all of my families future business and I will gladly send my friends and acquaintances their way as well.   Our family wants to give a HUGE thank you to J.P, Nick, and team over at the Hussey Team/Mortgage Advisors. J.P took the time and energy to explain every facet of our refinance; which I admit can be a lot given my overly detailed personality. In the end The Hussey Team successfully lowered our fixed rate by over 1.00%, kept the same exact level of equity in our house while not costing us a dime, and lowered our monthly payment by several hundred dollars. I can not stress enough how much that additional income means to our growing family. J.P made the entire transaction carefree and fun.   JP and his team will be the only mortgage company my Wife and I will use. The team is super efficient, responsive, easy to understand, and HILARIOUS. I feel like I'm working with family. JP reached out to me personally to notify me that we can refinance our mortgage at a lower interest rate. In doing so, we save 200 dollars per month, skipped a mortgage payment, and received a large escrow check. Great company - wish I could give 10 stars. Love the Huss Buss swag they give out too!

  Another great experience by The Hussey Team! JP & Nick were phenomenal to work with during the mortgage process for my 2nd home purchase. Made everything so easy and always were there to answer any questions that popped up (and I always had one!). I was in great hands and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
