  I spoke with Ryan Mills on the phone and basically was given the cold shoulder, I asked him about an annuity we have with him and was advised to call the annuity company. I asked him why anyone would invest through them (if I had to find out all of the information on my own) he stated he did not know. Basically my thoughts are that he already made the commission off of the transaction so it wasn't worth it to him to help me find out the details of the investment. All I wanted to know was when I could exercise the annuity once it was maxed out and the options for payments once it was exercised. I talked to someone else that works for a planner and was told they call annuity companies all the time for clients, its why they are there. I would not recommend this group for your investments.
