  This was the second home we purchased and I wish we could have used Ben with Bay Equity for the first one. Ben was courteous and professional, quick to answer questions and provide the necessary explanation. Fast, super fast. We closed in 20 days from going under contract, but were fully funded in 14 days. I know everyone situation is different but wow, that is fast. Thanks Ben.

  We was getting the run around with wells fargo, bad i might add. 3 different Appraisals and 2 different inspections and then them dragging there feet for like for ever. The seller wanted out and we wanted in so, We decided to contacted Bay Equity and with in 2 weeks.we were closed and moving in, Ben zitting and his guys were very professional and spot on. I would not even think of anyone else for a home loan !! thanks Bay Equity

  Jason and his team are excellent at what they do, they got us everything we needed and asked for but the communication was lacking. We were expected to know jargon and procedural things without any explanation. In the end everything ended up perfectly with very little delays.
