  So I reached out to The Funding Store, I have had a bad experience the last time that i refinanced, it took about 5 month to go through, as the bank were pretty tight at the time. This time I met Ryan Phillips from Money Store, He was very Knowledgeable and he explained some options and was very optimistic about this moving forward, he has everything going in no time at all. But it came up that my debt to income was short, so he immediately went to Plan B and had me approved in a few days. Bottom Line we closed in a few weeks, and the closing went smoothly with no wrinkles. I cant thank Ryan and The Money Store for their Professional and Caring job they did for my wife and I, and lets not forget their Positive and Enthusiastic attitude and solid Communication throughout the process. He was open and transparent about everything we discussed throughout the purchase and focused on addressing our needs first. He is very knowledgeable and understands how to meet your goals. In addition, he went above and beyond by making himself available anytime we needed him.   Gardner was able to obtain a competitive rate for my home mortgage. He always offered good advice, and was really responsive with all our questions (...And trust me, we had many!!).   The Funding Store in Saratoga, NY was an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of professionalism was truly refreshing in comparison to other mortgaging businesses that I have explored. Gardner Cummings was able to complete the mortgage process in record time AND able to come through with some incredible savings for me. All this with a somewhat less than ideal credit score-I was truly impressed. My recommendation for The Funding Store would be a positive one-for those that have some great credit numbers as well as those that may have had some struggles in the past. Gardner understood that and was not put off by the challenge. Need a mortgage? He is the one to contact first and save yourself a lot of headaches.
