joshua anderson1Awful experience. They seem to not be very educated in customer service. I was in there to start a new business account. I was excited to get things started. I had to switch my account from a DBA to an LLC. They gave me trouble with my digital copy. Didnt want to print it off there. Once I finally got them to do that, they had been taking money out of my account, which I was unaware of the charges. On top of that, they knew I had recieved my first 40$ and insisted I had to put 100$ to keep the account. I ended up going somewhere else.
