  The First National Bank Of Groton is a great place to do banking. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any banking needs. A small town bank is the way to go. The only suggestion I have, is they need another ATM so they have 2.

  This bank is the best bank I have ever had. The folks working there, Karen in particular, have always been so helpful! I have been banking with them remotely for over a year, and they make every transaction easy for me - here from Alabama. I won't switch banks even though I switched states. This bank is good people.

  Used to be the definition of a small town bank where your could get a loan very quickly. In the last two years after Scott Babcock left the loan department has regressed terribly. Don't waste your time go to a credit union. It's unfortunate.

  Groton bank was a great bank for many years. Then they made changes, and those changes were not for the good for many people. Eliminating loan officers who did a remarkable job and now its being run by people that don’t care at all about there customers. The loan officers now have no say or power to approve loans. I would never do business with them again!! It’s a shame but there a big joke now

  Small town bank with a personal connection. They treat you like a person, not a number. I have tried other Banks, but in the end I came back and I'm glad I did.

  I've relied heavily on the 1st National Bank of Groton for all of my banking and financial needs for the past 20 years. The staff have always been wonderful to work with.

  They are always so happy and cheerful. They answer your questions right after you answer them. Its all together a great bank.

  A bit disappointed. No apology for typing up wrong account number. Outside of that nice tellers/greeter and local bank.

  Great small town bank. They actually care about customers
