      The cashiers have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. Nicole, manager at the Knox branch, is terrific. She's helped me with so many strange requests and ALWAYS been very knowledgeable and professional. I'm very happy with the service we've received here!

      I have had an outstanding experience with Farmers on a business loan. We initially worked with other banks, and only Farmers had the ability (and put in the necessary effort) to get it done. I strongly recommend them for business loans.

      My son has a checking account there. He has it set up so he will not over draft. Well he has over drafted his account I do believe 3 times and without warning they suspended his debit card. With account on positive side paycheck direct deposited he had no way to access his money from Thursday night to Monday.

      Horrible customer service. Had issues with my one account and they froze an account that wasn’t even associated with this account and provided my mother with balance and transaction information and she’s not on the account either, but is a customer.

      On February 14th I had an issue with a transaction at the Emlenton branch. Today I received a call from the manager who not only apologized to me, but he credited money back to my account. I appreciate his listening to me and making it right. Thank you

      Went through drive through to get check cashed they asked last 4 numbers of social they repeated it out on loud speaker. I'm not to thrilled about that I know people heard it too.
