  Been Banking with Farmers more than 25 years. Always friendly and fast and if there is a question, a quick response is just a call away. Love my local bank. Only problem was they couldn't find a way to do a refinance for us. Thought if anyone could it would be them.

  I have been a customer with The Farmers Bank I believe for over 40 years. I have seen a lot of bank branch managers over these years advance within the banking community and even seen a few go through all the way to retirement. What I like about TFB is that when I call they usually know who I am just by voice recognition. I've always been able to talk with branch managers and usually always in a timely fashion have had my request taken care of. What I like about TFB when I have a loan request they don't have to call Detroit or Ohio somewhere to approve my request. They handle it local. I don't ever see changing my banking partners ever. Thank you TFB from the friendly tellers all the way to Branch managers.

  All of my interactions with the staff of the Farmers bank has been more then pleasant. When we needed a small loan the staff member went above and beyond to help us out. When our account was threated by a scammer the staff was more then helpful and took care of everything for us. We love the Farmers Bank

  The Farmers Bank has been MY Bank for over 20 years. TOP NOTCH Bank in my book. They have ALWAYS worked to help straighten out any questions I have had. Super friendly people working there.

  I've been banking with The Farmers Bank for many years. they are always helpful and professional. We recently refinanced hour home with Farmers and it was a very smooth process even it was during the Covid quarantine. Love banking with a local bank!

  It's a bank. There are no bells and whistles here. They give bare minimum customer service. I have banked with them for over a decade. There are no benefits to being loyal. There app does the bare minimum. Since covid good luck actually speaking to anyone. You have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call you back. Even though i have called while standing in the bank and watched them ignore their ringing phone to chat with their coworkers. Then the email you requesting secure information... which i am not comfortable with.... so i will be unable to open anpther account until this all blows over. I may look into other banks and see how there customer service is.
