      I've been banking with the Lebanon branch for about five years. The first time I took out a car loan was easy (pre-covid.) I paid it off but left a little savings to keep it active. I'm glad I did. I recently took out another car loan and have had a great experience with Ariel guiding me. I'm not exactly the most tech savvy, but she makes it easy. My only complaint is that the over night check fee is overpriced. It was complained about and the fee was dropped. Other than that, these people know great customer service!
