I've never had an issue with them. Always willing to go the extra mile. Their fraud protection has always worked for myself and other members of my family that bank here, which is good to know in an age of card skimming and the like. A phone call or visit sets things right, and all the employees I've ever met here are delightful.

Horrible customer service. Lady wouldn't stop saying "okay" while I was talking and when asked why instead of listening to me she keeps saying okay, she gets rude and hangs up. I suggest the other branch in Portland and the one in Westmoreland. Every time I have anything to do with this particular place, everyone is rude and makes everything much more difficult. Bunch of judgemental people with bad attitudes.

Horrible customer service!!! They will tell you one thing and do another. You really just have to luck out and hope they are in a good mood that day because if they are not you are screwed! They hide fees when they tell you you won’t have to pay and then charge you for it 👎🏻
