  Worked with Steve on closing a property in Bonita. We were introduced last minute as we were initially working with another company but it wasn't working out. Steve and his team were quick to respond, incredibly knowledgable and professional, and turned our loan around quickly with a great rate. Highly recommend them for first time buyers as they are very thorough and walk their clients through the process in intricate detail. They also make the document consolidation and transfer process really simple and secure. 100% will be using this team in the future.

  Being a first time homebuyer, I had many questions about the process of buying a house and getting approved for a loan. Steve and his team were efficient in answering all my questions and assuring me during the entire process. Even with a short closing period his team was able to come through and get me approved while staying in communication the entire time.   I worked with Steve Calabrese. He is extremely professional and works really hard to get you the package that you want. I bought a home through him and then turned around and did a refinance on it 7 months later and it went very smoothly. I ended up with a fantastic rate at very little cost to me. The team he works with is fantastic and super responsive. I had many questions and there was never a hesitation in explaining everything fully until I understood every detail.
