  My husband and I had the pleasure and privilege of working with the Dailey Group for the past year and a half. When we came in for our initial consultation, Seth and Alyce sat down with us and laid out the ins and outs of buying and owning a home. It helped us realize: A) we weren't quite ready to buy, B) things we needed to work on to get us there, and C) that it was absolutely POSSIBLE to own a home in the city on a tight budget. About a year and a half later we are in our first home in Reservoir Hill and loving it! Our agent was Jen Mendenhall and we would recommend her to absolutely everyone! She was phenomenal, patient, encouraging and worked incredibly hard for us. We feel so blessed to have gone through this process with the Dailey Group and are sharing our great experience with all our friends!

  It is the worse experience ever to work with the them. The man that contact me is very unprofessional and bossy. He doesn't even want you to talk, and you must cooperate his command. Sending email and phone calls everyday no matter is a holiday or weekend. Guys please do not choose this company and ever work with them. unrespectable attitude !

  We had a great experience buying our home! Our Realtor was Buddy Redmer. We were very fortunate to have him as our Realtor. We looked at several houses and Buddy was very patient with us and very helpful. We felt like he was always looking out for our best interests, and took the time to get to know our family, and what we wanted and needed in our second home. We are very grateful for his services and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a home!

  Bought our first home through this agency with the help of realtor Brenda. Overall it was okay. Brenda was helpful finding homes and negotiating the price for us. However, IF YOU ARE A DACA RECIPIENT, DO NOT GO HERE. From the beginning of the process, we made Brenda AND the lender aware of our situation. We were under the impression that the lender and herself had done business with people in the same situation as ourselves. When we got to underwriting, we were put at a stop because of DACA. Brenda had the lender give us the sad news of not being eligible to purchase with them. I only recall Brenda looking at lenders that she knew about in the area, however, we were denied with all of them. We were put on the spot since we were under contract already. Thankfully we were able to do research on our own. At this point, I felt like Brenda and her team had kind of pushed us aside. We had to find a lender on our own. We were the ones that went above and beyond to make the purchase go through. If you do have DACA, please go to Quicken Loans-Rocket Mortgage. They were awesome! Rate was much better and their team was incomparable. Thank you again for your help Brenda! - Miriam/Dani.
