  I just moved here from S.C. I was going to transfer my Wells Fargo account to them when the lobbies opened back up. Meanwhile, I needed a cashiers check for a car loan. I went through the drive through today to get one. The agent asked me if I had an account with them. I said no, not yet. She rolled her eyes at me. Turned to speak with another agent and then told me I had to have an account. I’m sorry but if this is the you act towards future customers, I refuse to do business with you !!!

  great bank with alot of nice folks working as tellers and officers . Great bank President, Mr. William's does what he says he is going to do and goes out of his way to make this bank our #1 choice for banking. We are from Statesboro and choose to bank in Claxton because of Mr. William's and his great staff. Thanks for everything!

  The worst bank in the history of banks. Card issuer declined problems CONSTANTLY. Wont fix them. Tells me IM ENTERING THE WRONG CARD NUMBER. However, the amount of money comes out of the account and put back. How can it possibly be the wrong card number?! Hold on my account they won't lift because they're too proud. Just telling me its the wrong card number

  Reopened my acct my fault been waiting for the debit card to come them get a call the last day saying u need to pick up ur debit card told them I was at the oral surgeon about to have surgery can I have my boyfriend pick it up for told me no ok for my protection was told I can pick it the next day went there to pick it up at like 9:15 this morning they destroyed it already so I asked can I order a new on they will charge you for now what can I do when your having surgery was told it would be mailed but get mailed to your house that's not cool at all
