  Received assistance from a woman not sure what her name was because she was very stand off ish and made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in because she was just sitting in the back at the desk and didn’t even care to acknowledge me or at least inform me to allow her a moment. Ive been to this location before and tbh everyone else was great but she was terrible. And of course the reason I was there she was unable to resolve. 🙄 total waste of time, I will not recommend her customer service to my worst enemy🚮. WILL NOT be returning to this location EVER

  I would like to Thank Keisha at store #316 for her exemplary service today. I am a busy professional who works in and with the community and needed to take care of something for my son. Keisha noticed the debit card given to me (back in July/August 2017) had a service fee attached to it. I was baffled especially since I was not advised nor was aware of such thing. Keisha shared 2 options I could select from that would meet my needs. I was very thankful that Keisha explained and also proceeded to call your headquarters to make immediate adjustments to my account. It doesn't end there. I went home only having to return back to your store. I was charged a monthly fee for August and was a bit perplexed as to why this charge occurred today. Keisha stepped right into action and did not skip a beat. She solved the problem regarding the service charge which I faced. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Within seconds of her call to corporate, I received a text message showing the service charge loaded back into my account. This only took place because of her speedy and efficient services. I commend Keisha for her professionalism and execution!
