  They are just so rude in there. It doesn’t matter which cashier you go to they are all at the same. And I’m not saying that the customer is always right but the customer is not always wrong either.

  I did my taxes with them it been over two in half months. So I called the check chashers the guy that picked up my called was super rude and didn’t care about my situation. He basically pulled up the irs website which I can do and gave me the exact information I can receive. Never again man. I could had just did them myself mind you they took nearly 200 from my income just to punch in numbers. Overall this is a lesson well learn. These places like this take the money from people that doesn’t even know how to use a computer and rip them off. Instead of helping the uneducated and showing them resources for their solution they just overcharge them.

  I am a registered tax preparer myself and there are many of my customers who are in the same situation. Once I transmit the customer's return to the IRS and they acknowledge receipt it the situation is totally out of my control. The IRS will NOT under any circumstance release information concerning the taxpayer's return to another individual, including the preparer. You will need to contact the IRS yourself. You can call the IRS at 1-800-829-0922. Be sure to have a copy of your return in front of you when you call. There is also a new form you can download to report non-receipt of your tax return or stimulus check. Go to IRS.gov and search for Form 3911. Hope this is of some help. I know how frustrating it can dealing with the be IRS.

  KellyG23Rosario, I am sorry that you had this experience. I assure you that it is not our intention to turn away valuable customers like you because the checks was not signed in front of us. The sad truth is that with today's technology, we have no idea who deposited the check to their bank account on their phone prior to coming to cash it; and who did not. We have had so many bad experiences, that we were forced to invoke this extreme regulation. If you care to call me and discuss this issue further, I am always available.

  I have been getting my taxes done here for many years now. It's great to go to the same place year after year and feel confident that my taxes are being done correctly and legally and that I am not being ripped off. The staff is very friendly and I always get a very good refund. I highly recommend this place.

  If i could give this establishment no stars i would. The clerks are rude and refuse to attend guest when 40 mins before closing. I went in with my check and because i signed it at citizens she wouldnt cash it. Its not my fault citizens didnt relay to me they couldnt cash that check due to the specific bank. But she had my id nd i had my social on hand and there was still plenty of time before closing but she refused me she had no reason to believe forgery they just didnt want to work.

  Every time I attempt to cash my paycheck here the woman refuses to cash it. There is no reason for her to turn me away and she is rude when she does it!! My family has been going here for years!!

  My niece went there to do a JPay for my great nephew n after waiting in line she was told that she had to wait until the ppl behind her was taking care of and the reason the owner say was because he do money gram out of courtesy okay so why even do money gram if u going treat ppl like that she had to have the money in before 6 she waited in line why couldn’t the others wait and to make things worse she been servicing with them for 25 plus years owner needs to treat everyone the same so is workers can learn from him

  Ive been coming here since 1982..ive never had problem and everyone was always nice..i remember Mr Carl Bell..so i know your family Eric..ty for your services
