  Marc and his team were amazing! He helped us refinance our commercial building in the Valley. He got us an incredible rate, great terms and worked with a great appraiser that didn't throw down our value, like other Lenders like to do. He was fast, efficient and always kept us up to date.   I was turned down by another bank for a refinance on a 16-unit apt complex this past summer. A couple of months later Marc Cesarec contacted me and asked if he could try to get us a refinance deal. I said yes. He quickly found a bank that would refinance our loan with cash out and do so within 45-60 days. I was shocked based upon our last experience. Marc pushed through the refinance in short order including the cash out we wanted. Marc kept me updated regularly. Marc did a great job and pulled together a good deal in a short period of time.   The Cesarec Group helped me refinance my commercial property with a great rate and the process was extremely effortless. They shopped my loan for the best deal and dealt directly with all the banks regarding any issues that came up during the process. I didn't really have the time to deal with the banks requests so their help was very vital to me and my family.

  Refinance commercial building and received a good rate. I could not find this offer myself so ended up being worth the broker fee. I dont usually like brokers but they were very professional and honest.

  I HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. BANK OF AMERICA COULD NOT GIVE ME CASH OUT ON MY COMMERCIAL BUILDING. ALWAYS RETURN MY CALLS AND EMAILS.
