  2/26/22 I have read quite a bit of Negative reviews about this place of business, and just want to clear all that up. I bought a revolver from The castle arms last week and the whole experience with these guys was nothing but first class. From the web site, to the communication to the super fast delivery of my revolver. I saw a few reviews that were even questioning whether this site was a scam, Well here you have a true review from me Rudy T. They are for real.... Great prices to boot.   I come here each year for mother's day and Valentine's day. They carry the best selection of gold dipped roses and are always available to help pick out the perfect color rose when I have a tough time deciding. There's a big selection of jewelry, watches, and even firearms that are all priced very fairly. This is a great local business that I highly recommend.   I ordered a very hard to get item, which they had in stock. Almost any other on-line source for the item is a scan so I did research about Castle and ventured to order from them. I'm more than happy to report they're legit. I got my order within the same week of ordering. They've now a new customer as I will be ordering from them in the future.

  I found a gun I was searching out for a customer of mine. I spoke to Katelyn on the phone and she handled my FFL and tax exempt info LIKE A PRO! She indicated that she'd get the gun ready to be shipped ASAP. To my SURPRISE the gun showed up TODAY! NEXT DAY! It was in the afternoon that I even PLACED the order. What a positive experience! I visited a couple of the Castle locations years ago when my sister was attending UK (long before I was in the pawn business myself) and remember being impressed by the operation then. Thanks for the great service!

  I recently purchased a 1300 diamond ring, on the same day I purchased a $529 gun and a 188 dollar necklace. I took the ring to 2 different pawn shops just to see if I got screwed and they only offered me 100 bucks for the ring. So please be careful when buying jewelry from them. They claim to be the best but as I found out the hard way they're not.also the sale's people will lie to you and tell you they will give you 2/3 back but in reality they only give you 1/3 beware

  We have always offered at least 1/3 of your back for any jewelry purchased from us. That’s has been a policy for over 30 years we are very proud of. We also offer 100% of your money back if you double your purchase price towards a new piece of jewelry. We’ve had several customers start out with 1/2 carat solitaires move all the way to 2 carat solitaires over the years.! Not only are we the best place to buy jewelry we are also the best place to sell jewelry. Most pawn shop don’t take into consideration the diamonds and other valuable gemstones when determining the price they will pay you for fine jewelry. It sounds like you took to a place that would have just “scrapped” the ring for the gold. Most pawn shops don’t resell the jewelry they purchase they melt it down for quick cash.   HIGHLY recommend!!! Much much better than the other pawn shop next door (I won't even do them the honor of mentioning their name). Great selection of firearms at fair prices. All employees I've talked to here are very kind and knowledgeable. When I've sold to them, they gave me a fair price (and were diplomatic about some family heirlooms they wouldn't take).

  I am a competition shooter and I tried to purchase a rifle from this company off the internet. 4 or 5 days after hearing nothing and trying to purchase it I finally reached someone from this company(by finding their number through an internet search) and they hung up on me multiple times as I heard the girl saying teen type statements towards her phone. After that they did not try to call me again so I finally asked them to just cancel my purchase. Which seems very reasonable considering their performance up to that point. Im sure shipping would have been the next problem… At that point they tried to tell me I would have to pay approx 200$ cancellation fee….for me not wanting to deal with any more of their incompetence and disregard. They then reported me to the auction site as a non pay buyer(which I am not) that would get me suspended if they werent in the wrong(which they are). They dont even bother to call me or better have the owner or a manager call me and attempt to straighten it out when they screw up but instead attempt to do something harmful to the customer. Business’s and individuals who operate without ethics are part of what is wrong with this country these days. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs and hope they go out of business.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of firearms and are almost always willing to strike a deal with you to lower the price. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good deal on ammo and guns. I have had a couple bad bumps in the road after purchasing but they are always willing to fix the issues.

  First time biding at auction at Gunbroker.com for a 590 Shockwave 20 gauge with TheCastleArms.com as the vendor. My bid was successful, but the item shipped did not conform to the description. When contacted vendor about the misidentification of the item, the vendor offered to rectify the misidentification with either an adjustment to the price or a full refund given the confusion over the description. The courtesy extended to me merited both the rating above and my recommendation for doing business with The Castle Arms.com.
