  Beyond horrible bank for loans. My client and I have sold over 10 condos over the last 3 years in a building in Lexington not one issue and I own one in the building as well. PNC Richard Davies took on the loan for a client but 50 days later 3 days after it was due to close he (emailed didn't call but emailed ) us that they could not get information for HOA and would not do the loan and the HOA did not have enough reserves. This is not a New development building which is the only type of condos that have to prove reserves and the building has been occupied for over 60 years with no issues. He dropped the loan and would not take any calls. I called the HOA and they said he never called or anything. The bank or Mr. Davies are far to unknowladgable to take on even these type of small loans I suggest Citizens Bank or US Bank.

  Most of the staff here are friendly and helpful. My initial account opening experience was very frustrating, as I had looked online to see if there were promotions going on for new account holders. I found an online offer of a cash bonus for opening a new account, and, if I remember correctly it was $200.00 or $300.00. The account was started and it never was brought up in the conversation about the new account opening bonus. Near the end of the visit, I showed the associate the online offer, but I was told that it was too late to apply the benefit. So...if you plan to open a new account, let them know up front about the offer. One associate was quite rude when I followed up with questions about the policy, but the branch manager was apologetic and professional, so I decided to stick it out and give them a try. The PNC app is user friendly, and I like the setup of the checking account that has three categories to help you spend, save and keep specific amounts in reserve. I haven't encountered any further issues since opening the account.

  Drive through teller (blonde lady with glasses) barely acknowledged I was there. Took my cash, didn’t ask how much was there or what I wanted to do with it. Walked off for about 6 minutes and then someone else finally came back and asked if there was anything else I needed? No one ever asked me if I was depositing or paying a credit card, a bill nothing. Automatically assumed I wanted it this cash in my spending. I asked what she did with my money and the guy responded that she had already deposited into my account. I said she never even checked with me, while she stood next to him wouldn’t even look up at me or apologized. Every time I’ve been there, the tellers are very short and give dirty looks. Not pleasant at all.

  👉🚫PLEASE STAY AWAY 🚫FROM THIS BANK✋They make excuses to charge whatever fee's they can. Charge you to cash there own checks. You opt opt out of overdraft they still charge you.👉 PLEASE 👈Check your bank accounts cause they have withdrawn small amounts from my old account 1.00 sometimes 1.59 never the same amount.I called the corporate they apologized said it was a mistake. Gave me total 56.00 they took from account over year. So if this is happening look how much there getting if from multi accounts. 🚫🚫🚫

  I've banked here for many years and everyone is great. If you don't have a good experience with this group, it's probably your own fault. Even when someone retires or switches locations, they always hire someone pleasant and easy to work with.

  Had check for work done for one of thier customers. Went to cash they charge 10 percent of the check to cash it. Pretty bad you have to pay a bank to cash one of thier customer account. Would never recommend this bank. You have to pay them to get Your money sad business.

  Great.. They are always so nice and helpful here. We had some personal information stolen and they helped us get everything changed and protected.. Love this place I'd recommend it to anyone.

  They are very helpful and pleasant. Great service. I would recommend this bank to anyone who is not happy with where they are banking.

  I don't think they understand the concept of southern hospitality. Perhaps they should more to New York city. They should fit in real nice there.
