  We just closed on our house and dealt with Avonta Canady and things could not have gone any smoother! Avonta let us know what the process was from start to finish, was available with any questions we had along the way and really just made our escrow so easy! Would definitely use OVM financial again and would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a lender!

  Avonta and his team made the mortgage process so easy and seamless for me. I was a nervous Nelly and he put my nerves at ease by communicating with me every step of the way. Avonta went above and beyond providing excellent customer service when there was a bank snafu (my bank nothing to do with OVM). He drove about an hour round trip to help me resolve the issue quickly! I cant recommend him and his team enough! Excellent experience all the way around!

  We worked with Avonta Canady to get our very first home. Avonta worked extremely hard to get us qualified and close on our home. As a military family we were trying to PCS and buy a home at the same time so it was a very stressful process but he made it a breeze. He answered all our questions and was available at any time we called, texted, or emailed. All around such a great experience and we absolutely love our home. For first time homebuyers I will suggest going with Avonta at OVM! We are so thrilled with the whole process.
