      They don't have lobby hours at this bank anymore, everyone inside just sits there doing nothing while you stand at the locked door. Which is really weird, as there were always people using the lobby. I would conjecture that maybe Callaway is having difficulty since they're obviously cutting service back drastically, but that's complete conjecture on my part. Unfortunately, after several years, we'll be moving our accounts elsewhere. Part two: I needed cash today. Since I can't walk in the lobby anymore, I decided to try the ATM. It told me that I was over my withdrawal limit, even though I'd never made a withdrawal. Since I couldn't go in the lobby to try to straighten it out (and get my cash!), I went back home. It turns out that they set the initial limit on ATM withdrawals to $1.00. They never told me that, I guess you're supposed to get a nasty surprise the first time you need money in an emergency and can't use an ATM! The way Callaway's service and quality is deteriorating, I'd recommend using a different bank. We're going to be doing exactly that.

      75% of the people at this place are rude, unprofessional, and/or condescending. The management doesn't care and doesn't respond to complaints. I grimace whenever I have to call them, afraid that "Nick" will be the one to pick up, he likes to argue with the customers and he's also extremely unprofessional in every way there is. He's the worst, but he's far from the only one, it emanates from the top management all the way through the organization. Additionally, they don't listen to their customers at all. All their talk about hometown values and small town attitude are just talk, they're way worse than the big banks. Do yourself a favor and pick a different bank.

      I work with them on a business account and have nothing but great customer service. They have quickly and effectively helped me with any question or concern I might have. Brian at this branch has been especially helpful.

      This has been the worst bank I have ever been to the online banking works about 1% of the time and the telbanking never work and you must have pin that no one knows about and I can’t even go to the bank to figure out all this stuff because it is “by appointment only” I will be changing my bank this weekend.

      I love banking with the Callaway Bank but these hours are very inconvenient, especially without an ATM to deposit checks and cash.

      Thank you for your feedback, Jake. We're sorry the new hours are not convenient for you. We are evaluating our client feedback and trying to find the balance, so we may adjust the hours further. We've heard similar feedback about upgrading the ATM and we are making the investment to replace it with one that accepts cash and check deposits. The upgrade should happen within the next 3 months.       Hours say opens 9am Saturdays. Standing at the front door at 10 after watching the tellers sit and talk. Doors locked

      Thanks for the feedback Steve. That location has changed to a primarily drive-thru branch. The lobby stays locked and they will open it by appointment. The drive-thru is 9am to Noon on Saturdays. There should have been a sign on the door stating the by appointment lobby hours, and we'll make sure it's up.
