      One of the worst banks we have ever dealt with. From not returning calls, to nonfunctional apps, to refusing to show legal documents when requested to untrained staff to rude and apathetic management. The loan officers don't even know their requirements in lending. Hands down, top to bottom, this place is a disaster. Management, top to bottom is awful. They have a systemic cancer that trickles through the entire banks, at every location..and it again, starts at the top. There are no words to describe how awful this bank truly is.

      The bank is decent, but you really need to go to the main branch to get anything done. You can make deposits at other branches, but don't try to do much more than that. Their hours don't tend to be that convenient either.

      The personification of unprofessional, uncaring, and non-responsive, from top to bottom. And their management is the worst of them all.
