Katie Korff1You would think a small town bank would be more personable and communicative and not nickel and dime you for every little thing. I’ve had national banks treat me better and I’ll be keeping that in mind for the future. I am signed up for text alerts and email alerts and have overdraft protection yet somehow the overdraft protection failed to work and I was charged a fee without any notification. I just went in to close my account because I’m sick of not hearing anything and being unable to access my account from the horrible mobile app and was told it had been charged whatever was left in the account in April (it’s the last week of August) and closed it without any notification, not even snail mail. If you want to be able to keep an eye on your finances and get regular notifications, do not waste your time on this bank.
