  Great company and excellent staff! The process went smoothly, the terms were great, and Chris even showed up at closing to walk us through the final paperwork! We've bought several houses over the years, but this was the first time the servicer was ever present at closing. They've always just let the title company handle everything for them. Very impressed that he took the time to personally come by. Not only that, Chris made it clear that he would always be there as an advocate for us, should we have any questions or issues in the future. The entire loan process has never been a more positive experience👍
