  I think our home purchase was, truly ,the MOST RIDICULOUS OF ALL TIME and I can't say enough GREAT things about Eric and Tessa! They kept us sane through a very stressful 4 MONTH purchase process, several addendums, closing extensions, underwriting hell and I recommend them a million times over. They were 100% professional, sympathetic to our worries and difficulties, had great senses of humor and we just what we needed at all times.   I HIGHLY recommend Eric Johnston and his team! In the beginning it was difficult trying to communicate with other lenders until I spoke with Eric. Him and his team was always on top of everything and getting things done quickly and correctly. I knew I could count on them if I needed anything or if I had questions day or night and evening weekends. Even when they was sick they was still working and helping me from home! Eric and his team did a fantastic job helping me buy my home. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to have Eric as my Loan Officer. If I ever buy another home or I have a friend that is trying to buy a home I will give them his number in a heartbeat. Buying a home is scary but not when you have Eric and his team!!! Thank you guys so much!

  Eric Johnson and Tessa Jackson with the Broadway group were outstanding to work with. First of all, Eric was able to get me qualified when a few others were not able to. Then, between Eric and Tessa, they took care of everything from qualifying to close. I would certainly work with them again in the future!!

  First off, I HIGHLY recommend Eric Johnston with TLC. He's not just a Senior Loan Officer trying to make some money. He does is job well and he is personable, so you feel like you are talking to another human or even a family member, not a robot. I had horrible experiences for about 2 months trying to be able to get a loan from any other lender. I found this company online, but as you know....How do you trust a company that is not local?(Especially when there are so many scams nowadays) I am so glad I gave them a chance. I picked out a house and needed my approval letter for the next day and they got it for me with no problems. They have changed my life in ways you do not know! (I'm actually crying happy tears typing this) I am a HOMEOWNER. I finally have my own house at the age of 33. Eric was so communicable through emails, texts, or phone calls. If he didn't respond back within seconds, then it was most definitely within minutes! They worked over the weekend as well for me! Buying a house is exciting, but all the paperwork and time you have to invest is not fun and that is with any lender. However, Eric made this fun and exciting! He had Tessa helping as well. I may have even had some angry moments with the paperwork needed, but they are very understanding. They know this is stressful to have to work, gather proof of basically your left arm LOL, and still hope everything goes through. My advice to anyone new to the game, be prepared and considerate. You will have a team helping you to close, but not all team members work the same. Good luck to you and your decision! I hope you can have a great experience like I did with TLC!

  I worked with Cindy at the Broadway group to purchase my new home. She was absolutely amazing!! She helped me through every small detail all the way up till after I closed. I could not have asked for a better support team. Would and will continue to highly recommend!!!

  I’m not much of talker or typer. I’m doing this because Cynthia and Tessa did an excellent job working with me and my family. She was very patient and understanding, walked me through stuff that I didn’t understand. We found our home in this crazy sellers market and got approved for a loan in 30 days.
