  The Brandy team, as we call it, have been exceptional. We’re experienced borrowers having lived in a couple of locations and refinanced a couple times as well. The Brandy team however definitely made our life easy. Due to Covid, our work schedules changed often and the ability to upload data sometimes was just too, too time consuming. But, we were able to email information, and a team member was kind enough to upload the information for us, so that we could keep the process moving. We shopped around for rates quite abit before making the decision. Once our rate was locked with Homebuilders, we continued to receive calls from lenders that could come close to the rate, but not beat it, nor reduce our cost in any way. We became familiar with their process and eventually closed. Due to having additional property, and an additional income source, we had to have many discussions on the process and additional support docs. But an email to the team resulted in them calling at my convenience. We very much appreciated this type of service. It was great….it just helped us relax and reduced the stress of it all. So, our hats and appreciation goes to the Brandy Whitmire team. Thank you individually and collectively…it made a difference. The bottom line for you, the reader, is that customer service is important. Rates can be matched in some cases, so the ease of applying and getting questions answered is critical as well.

  The Brandy Whitmire Mortgage Team were relentless in their efforts to find us the unique refinance mortgage that fit our needs. Over a fairly long period, Brandy and her team kept looking and kept reaching out until the perfect option was available for our needs. The issue was that we already had a long-term, very low mortgage rate so it was difficult to find a rate that would make a big impact on our needs and payments. But Brandy and her team kept working, communicating, until an option came up. When she found the best option, her team secured all the necessary documents needed to close on the loan and now, we have an incredibly low 30 year fixed mortgage with a significant cash out to finish out major remodel. None of this would have been possible without Brandy and her team's persistence. Thank you for your efforts. Great team, great effort, great long-term result for my family.

  Brandy and her team fixed me up!!! I needed to accomplish multiple things with my refinance, from some cash back, and to missing two payments, that allowed me to knock out a couple of other loans, and the Whitmire team even had a path for me to increase my credit score and obtain better rates in the process. They did a great job and everything was convenient, electronic, and straight forward. A job well done!!!! Can't Tank you enough!!!!

  Brandy and her team went above and beyond to help me refinance my properties. Brandy is licensed in multiple states so she was able to help me pay off one mortgage in Texas and refi in Colorado with terms that were beyond my expectations.
