  I had known for quite some time that I needed help with my finances, but, was also terrified to bow down, and ask for help.. Well, I finally made the call, and Paul was nothing short of a Saint! I really didn't have many questions, because of the way Paul had throughly gone through everything I could have had a question about! Needless to say, you can't go wrong with this company, especially with Paul on their team!

  The agent was very thorough and went through all aspects of my budget and the program. He did, at times, go a bit quickly but he stopped and answered questions anytime I asked. I would recommend this agent and program.

  I’m so glad I called Consumer Credit Counseling to help me with medical bills after a surgery. They responded quickly, were courteous, and compassionate. Michael was thorough and answered all of my questions as well as calmed my nerves. Thank you Consumer Credit Counseling!!

  I spoke with Tim one day and Tom the next to accommodate a full discussion of my budget, income, credit, various debts, and what options are available for me. Both were very helpful, thorough, and friendly. I was able to ask questions and get clarifications at any time. They offered useful tips for my particular budget, some long term goal planning thoughts, and a way to more quickly take down my credit debt in a way that works for me. I am excited to continue working with them! If you're in debt trouble, give them a call!

  Someone recommended ACCC to me in 2017 and they have been very helpful and supportive. I'm glad I took a chance with them. Each time I have contacted ACCC, I receive the same quality service.   My representative Melissa was fantastic, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She took great care of me and got me on track to feel comfortable with my finances! This is a great company and a great service to utilize for the financially challenged!

  I just ish I had found this place before I did a different program that absolutely destroyed my credit. The initial phone is lengthy but they so a great job setting everyone up and laying everything out for you. 10/10 would recommend.

  I don't know if I would have ever gotten my bills on track without ACCs help. They helped me plan out my budget and on a new path. Helping me make my credit card bills into one much smaller bill. I am so happy to have had my service rep help me through the process he was kind and very professional.
