  Been with Bank of Missouri since 2009when it was Martinsburg bank. Opened an account at the Centralia Mo. branch. Outstanding service, will stay with them.

  I absolutely love all the staff at the Crntralia location. All the staff members are very nice and friendly. I had a couple issues and filed a dispute and the issues were resolved in less than 24 hours. If anyone asked me where they should bank here in Centralia I always say Bank of Missouri!

  The Bank of Missouri in Centralia is hands down the best bank I’ve ever had to deal with. All the wonderful ladies that work there are incredibly helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t bank any where else!

  Apparently my business caused too much work for them and I was asked not to use their coin machine anymore becuse it cased too much labor for the emplyees. I may not have a large bank account, but the machine is there for all customers to use. Sadly I have a couple years left on my loan. I will be glad to be done with this bank! Don't bank here!

  Okay service. Online banking ends up charging you for moving money around and it takes forEVER for any of my deposits to hit the bank.
