  Very organized and a hard worker. Loves what he does and tries his best to help you. Updated on August 1st because I just closed on a house with the Bally Team and Amer and his team have been nothing but friendly, hardworking, consistent, selfless, and more. Amer loves to focus on the customer, which is rare in the mortgage field (one of the main reasons I went with the Bally team). He was always looking out for our best interest and not his own. From the first step of the pre-approval to the signing, everything was extremely smooth. Not once did I ever feel nervous as if Amer or his team were doing something wrong or going to let me down. Best experience I've ever had when dealing with a mortgage broker. I can't express enough gratitude for all of the help from the Bally Team!!!

  Marissa was thee BEST! After getting the run around from Rocket and Hall Financial The Bally team was professional and on top of EVERY detail. I will and HAVE recommended them twice in the last week. On a scale of 1 to 10 Marissa is an ELEVEN!!

  I couldn't be more pleased by my experience with Amer, and The Bally Team for a recent refinance that I completed. Amer put my needs first and was able to lock me into a outstanding rate. He was very trustworthy and direct, which I appreciated. Going through a mortgage or re-fi is never a fun process, but this was the smoothest I've experienced, by far. Amer was quick to get everything submitted and processed. I was provided with frequent updates, and he was available to answer any questions that I had. The entire process, including underwriting, was completed in 2-3 weeks. The Bally Team is all about building long-term relationships, and they will have my continued business. I won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family, which I don't take lightly. I would give him a call. You have nothing to lose!

  Amer and EVERYONE at the Bally Team made me feel like family. I refi’d my house in lighting speed, dropping my interest by almost 2%!!! They checked in on me often, and helped guide me along with documentation I needed to complete the loan. 10/10 Bally Team!!

  I work with brokers all around the country every day and choosing someone you can trust is everything. I choose the Bally Team because I know that they are here to do what’s BEST for their clients. Cleared to close in 7 days, and I am now saving $150 a month on my payment. I highly suggest reaching out to Amer and the team as they are the most professional and friendly group I have come across in the industry. As a Mortgage Underwriter I see every day how hard the team works and I can assure you their is no better Team in Town!

  Just completed my closing after getting to work with John Tripon and The Bally Team. I don't have enough good things to say about this group or this process. John took what can be a complex and stressful process and made it simple and easy. I would highly recommend anyone to work with John and team; I am not exaggerating when I say that John and his team saved me thousands on the refinancing I completed with them. Serious, life changing savings.

  Had an amazing experience here for my mortgage! George was working with me on my loan and was extremely helpful, kind, and caring. You can tell they actually want to help here and not just make a quick buck. Will be coming back here in the future for any other refi or purchase I may make!!

  Hands down, 100% the only mortgage broker I will ever work with and I’m even in the mortgage industry for almost 2 decades now. Amer and the Bally team are top notch! Professional! On point! And just flat out get it done EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Quit wasting your time looking elsewhere. Don’t believe what I say....I challenge you to give Amer a call and find out for yourself.

  Amer and Jenny provided excellent service and saved my family so much money by refinance to a very low interest rate. Our closing cost was so low, and the rates were so low, it was hard to let this deal pass. The best part is I did not have to make my loan payments for 2 months before the new refinanced loan payment began. We refinanced and closed our deal all within 20 days. The whole process went very smooth and I have to say that I am very satisfied with there service.
