  My wife and I refinanced our home with David and his team at Fairway and could not have had a better experience. The first time we met with David he sat down with us and we all discussed our options together. He was so incredibly knowledgable and we never felt pressured to do anything. All the decision making was on our terms, he provided all information necessary to make an informed decision about what type of refinance was right for us. When we decided we were ready to pull the trigger we were on a pretty tight timeline. David, Marcos and Maddie worked with us directly and we closed on the refinance quicker than I could have ever thought possible. While working with Fairway everything was just a pleasure. Getting all the necessary documents was so easy with their electronic document system. They always responded to any questions we had within minutes. Everything with the refinance loan was exactly as advertised with them. No surprises or rate changes or anything at the closing table. David and his team were such a breath of fresh air and really made a potentially stressful situation actually enjoyable. I know that if we ever buy another home, or decided to refinance this one again in the future we will look forward to working with these wonderful people again.
