  From the moment I signed up , my agent Perla Ortiz , sounds funny saying agent 😄, because over the course of only a short amount of time she has become a friend ,a Big sister i can talk to with confidence, Perla has been there for me and has gone above and beyond for me , in every aspect of not only from the good but also the bad that even in the toughest moments she makes those moments into positive ones. But every other tiny aspect she has been there for me. She always always got right back to me and answered every question even the stupid one and believe me and I asked alot and she did not make me feel awkward..I know some of the things she does for me is not part of her job description but and I am beyond grateful and thankful for that ...   Beyond pleased with Alfred and his team's customer service. I have contacted Alfred thought text a couple of times and I always get a fast response. He goes out of his way to meet all my needs and answer any questions that I have. This time I needed copies of my husband's income taxes that are currently under his team's possession. It was an urgent matter because our son needed them to complete his FAFSA for college ASAP. Alfred contacted Jeremiah and within less than an hour I had what I needed. I admire the way they communicate with each other and make things happen regardless of how busy they are or how big or small my need is. Thank Alfred and Jeremiah! You are an amazing team!

  I highly recommend The Agency LLC to everyone. Alfred has helped me tremendously with my credit. I was in the low 700’s with my credit and I am now at 780 and well on my way to 800. All in just a matter of about 4-5 months. Alfred is very professional and his response rate to any of my questions or phone calls was always immediate, or at most within minutes. I am now getting letters from all of the top creditors with amazing offers and zero to very low APR’s, which saves me money. Also with much higher credit limits. I definitely got my money’s worth with The Agency’s services and their prices are also very reasonable and affordable. I can’t wait to buy a new home now. I will definetly keep recommending you guys to everyone I know.

  I known Perla for years. And even with a friendship I was skeptical about Credit Repair specialist and question if it really worked and worth the money. So I see why random people would question it as well. I can openly state. It been 6 months since I finally went to Perla for assistance. On a professional matter I can say I should’ve done it sooner.
