  VERY HARD TO FIND A GOOD COLLECTIONS COMPANY We have struggled for years to find a good collections company for our self storage business. I won't get into all the stories but the performance we have had in the past has been quite bleak to say the least. One Friday afternoon I left a message for TGA just for giggles, I half expected them to even call back based on my past 'shopping' experiences. As I was on my way out of town I received a call back from the owner of TGA, Todd Gieger. Even though he was at a spring Yankees game, he took the time to reach out anyway to see what we needed. I couldn't complain because I was on my way to a rodeo! Anyway, I was concerned our humble family business might be too small of a fish for him, but he made me feel like our business would be treated just as importantly as all their other accounts, so gratefully I hired him on the spot. Two months later I received a call from my staff that we had received a collections check in the mail and not for a small amount. What is most important for us as a business is to let people know that walking away scott-free from financial obligations and debt does not come without consequences. I have found Todd's company to be very professional and on point for what they do. They take their business seriously, and believe me, trying to find a good collections company like TGA is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. This time we got lucky. We highly recommend TGA as a collections service, for the quality of their work, for their performance and most importantly because of their results.

  I highly recommend working with TGA Legal Collections whenever you may have any commercial accounts receivable that have become difficult to collect. In my experience with TGA, Todd Gieger is both extremely professional and very experienced in debt collection. Throughout our working relationship, Todd's personal touch assured me that our business was important to him and that we weren't working with a large and impersonal collections business.

  We've been working with Todd Gieger and his Legal team at TGA for over 25 years. Early on, TGA was a small operation that did not have an in-house legal team but somehow still achieved great results - but fees were a bit higher because the legal services were outsourced. Now TGA has grown into a full-service legal collection firm that provides lowering overall costs to clients with the best legal collectors. This move has taken TGA to a level where it can not only compete in a highly competitive market but crush its competitors on both price and performance. Todd and his entire team are incredibly easy, friendly, and even fun to work with. Their reporting is second to none. Although I pride myself on building my own in-house top-notch collection team, when we cannot collect on an account and have exhausted all possibilities, I don't hesitate to turn to TGA Legal Collections. His success rate for my company and the companies in various industries I've worked in is off the charts. They collect over 85% of what I deemed to be absolutely uncollectible. They’re miracle workers!! I always recommend TGA Legal Collections to my network and not a single colleague/friend has been disappointed. In fact, when I move on from a company, many times new CFO's/Controllers will want to bring in their own collection agency — but this rarely happens as they are smart enough not to mess with success.
