The people who work there are really rude. And aPpErEnTlY you can't pee without a bank account 😑😑

Like most businesses, we do limit our restroom facilities to staff and customers. Management takes our reputation very seriously and our employees are always expected to treat everyone with kindness and respect, customer or not. After looking at camera footage, it seems that the bank representative was very kind and apologetic about not offering public restrooms.

I had been with Texas State Bank for over 15 years and finally had enough. I tried getting a preauthorization on a loan for a car and it was very time sensitive. I explain this to the rep and after following up numerous times...the rep went on vacation, never followed up, and I missed purchasing the vehicle because of their irresponsibility. Switch my accounts to Qualtrust and Bank of America and haven't had any problems!
