  This review is a little overdue, but I need to share my experience for everyone who is looking for a great Mortgage Broker. Scott Dill was incredible throughout my whole process. I was nervous and also unaware of the process, and he was there every step of the way. He did not sugar coated anything, and he worked so fast and so thorough that made the process seamless, it really took the stress away. He was professional but also went above and beyond on everything for me and made sure I was aware of mortgage terminology. I am forever grateful and look fwd to continue working with him and would recommend him to my family and everyone I love, he gets the best deal available, he works directly with the realtor, he provides options and knows his stuff. Very happy with my decision and very happy to vouch for him!

  I've used Scott Dill for several years now on several initial home loans and refinances. Scott is very attentive to details, gets the paperwork in order well before closing (no issues during underwriting), and communicates often to me during various stages of the loan and making sure things are on track, even when on vacation! I highly recommend Scott, he will ensure that your homebuying or refinance process is smooth so you can focus on other things in your life.

  Scott is by far the best Mortgage Broker I've ever worked with. His expertise and attention to detail are remarkable. Scott's persistent guiding hand throughout the process provides the reassurance that it is all going to come together. Scott knows the mortgage rules and regulations like no-one I've ever worked with. He automatically gets you the best deal available, owns the process and is exceptional at breaking down your options along the way. When industry slugs impede progress and throw up hurdles, Scott navigates them and moves the process forward where standard brokers would have thrown up their hands in surrender. Literally no-one better in the industry than Scott Dill!

  Scott Dill of Texas Home Loans was amazing in helping us complete a cash out refinance of our VA loan under very difficult circumstances. We locked our refinance interest rate right before recent increases and found ourselves dealing with an unmotivated underwriter and an uncooperative existing mortgage holder. Scott's determination and persistence in the form of daily contact and follow up got the job done. I can't think of any other mortgage broker I've ever dealt with that was as knowledgeable and determined at getting Veterans Administration and other mortgage loans and refinancing done on behalf of their clients as Scott.

  Scott Dill was an excellent loan officer who help me deal with an appraiser who provided horrible service and appraisal. The appraiser under appraised my house. Scott went over and beyond to fight him and the company and won the battle. Scott will fight tooth and nail to get you the best interest rates. Great loan officer and I would recommend him to anyone.

  Loved working with Scott!! He knows his business, so he can answer all your questions and he isn’t trying to hide anything or skim over important details.
